- 2 to 3 years of experience in brand, marketing, or communications, preferably in a fast-paced startup, fintech, or technology company.
- Demonstrated experience leading integrated marketing campaigns with measurable business impact.
- Excellent strategic thinking with the ability to balance creativity, customer insight, and commercial objectives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across multiple teams.
