WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Implement and monitor IT governance practices in alignment with SBP’s IT Governance Guidelines, including the ETGRM Framework.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, procedures, and standards by coordinating with relevant teams.
- Manage internal, external, SBP, and group IT audits by ensuring timely communication of requirements and documentation.
- Consolidate responses from IT teams on draft audit reports and prepare final submissions for CIO review.

- Maintain a centralized dashboard to track audit observations, responses, and status updates; share regularly with key stakeholders.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT governance, compliance, or audit coordination roles.
- Strong understanding of SBP regulations, IT audit processes, and frameworks like ETGRM.
- Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively across teams and with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills to ensure timely audit responses and regulatory compliance.

- Prepare full sets of accounts and financial management reports.
